First Application
Spring Fertilization and Pre-Emergent weed control
March through April.
Second Application
Spring Fertilization, Pre-emergent and Broadleaf weed control.
April through June.
Third Application
Summer Fertilization with surface and sub-surface Insect Control.
June through July.
Fourth Application
Summer Fertilization.
August through September.
Fifth Application
Fall Fertilization with spot treatment for broadleaf weeds.
September through October.
Sixth Application
Fall Fertilization with Lime.
October through November.
Additional Services:
A SITE VISIT CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE SITE AND EXISTING LAWN CONDITIONS.
New Lawn seeding:
New seeding is required when the existing desirable turf is less than 30 % visible.
All New seeding and or Lawn rejuvenation requires a site visit to determine if there are drainage or grading issues that require addition topsoil and amounts or drainage solutions as well.
Lawn Over-seeding:
Vertical slice over seeding or mechanical over seeding is also subject to a site visit to determine if addition topsoil or if drainage issues are present that will require correcting in addition to the seeding cost.
