Build services
We build — selectively.
Our build services are offered on a case-by-case basis. We take on installation projects where our direct involvement ensures the design intent is fully realized — particularly for complex water features, boulder work, and integrated planting installations.
We do our best to accommodate every design client. For residential planting designs, this is rarely a concern. For larger, more complex projects involving multiple scopes or significant site work, we have to be honest about our current obligations, workload, and timelines — because we would rather tell you upfront than over-promise and under-deliver.
When we do build, we bring the same care and precision to the field as we do to the drawing board.

Scheduling a Site Visit/Consultation starts with a conversation about your property, your goals, concerns and budget.

Site visit & assessment
What to expect durring the Site visit we walk your property together, assess existing conditions, discuss solutions and listen carefully to your goals —To develope a functional design that directly addresses your concerns, how you use the space, address any site conditions that nee to be addressed.

Design development
We develop a detailed landscape design — planting plans, feature layouts, reference plant library, material palettes — refined over usually 2 preliminary design meetings and your feedback.

Plan delivery & build support
You receive a complete, buildable 2D design package including a proposal from us to complete your project.
